EXTRA INFORMATION
- The house is located within walking distance to the beach!
- Smoking is not allowed in- and outside of the house
- Check-in from 4:00 pm we ask you to leave the house before 11:00 am on the day of departure
- On request, the owner rents out their Luxury rental car [Toyota 4runner - 7 seater]

The rental car costs $115 per day. After the villa reservation, the owner can be contacted to discuss the conditions and prices of the rental car.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
- The minimum duration of stay is 7 nights [Christmas holiday minimum of 14 nights]
- Reservations are considered valid after receipt of a down payment of 25% of the total rental costs. The balance must be paid 8 weeks before the day of arrival
- At your invoice, a deposit will be calculated and returned within 14 days after your check-out as a security deposit. (Minus any costs or damages that are at your expense)
- In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival 50% of the received down payment will be refunded.
- No refund will take place in case of cancellation within 6 weeks before arrival. We therefore recommend acomprehensive travel insurance.
